Sarah Gamble | Leadership Coach and Facilitator

Sarah is an empathetic, people focused executive with extensive global corporate experience across diverse areas within the technology space. Her involvement with large, global organisations and smaller companies, positions her well to support individuals navigate complex environments. Sarah’s foundation in human resources evolved to specialise in coaching and change management through her extensive tenure at Accenture, predominantly in the fast-paced Mergers & Acquisitions area. Sarah has also previously served as non-executive director on the board of Alpine Health.

Sarah’s warm, personable coaching style focuses on partnering with individuals to explore and identify goals and growth opportunities. Pete Smith | Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Program Developer

Peter has been managing, leading, consulting, coaching, training and facilitating within public and private sector organisations for the past 20 years. 

For the past 5 years Peter has been one of a select group of facilitators flown in to flash points on mission critical assignments with the United Nations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon and South Sudan. 

When deployed, he is responsible for developing leaders and taking teams through mindfulness exercises to aid in decision making and problem solving, as well as strategic planning, leadership and conflict resolution techniques.
